Latino Conservation Week, an initiative of Hispanic Access Foundation, aims to support Latinos in connecting with the outdoors through unique programming and activities focused on protecting natural resources. Project deliverables included social media GIFs and illustrations, which were used to produce t-shirts and tote bags.

Drawing inspiration from the Southwest and the Sonoran Desert, I chose a wildlife theme featuring an eagle—an iconic symbol of American history, with the golden eagle also representing Mexico on the national flag. This design reflects the connection between these two countries, symbolizing that nature conservation is a global issue that transcends borders and impacts every nation.
